**Daily Responsibilities**

- Conducting three daily checks on recycling and garbage bins.
- Moving full bins to the cold room.
- Cleaning the lobby and office areas.
- Dusting windows and counters.
- Mopping, cleaning glass, and sanitizing buttons in elevators.
- Vacuuming carpets on all floors.
- Mopping floors in front of elevators and garbage chutes.
- Inspecting parking garage for lingering garbage.
- Checking outside building areas for any garbage.
- Cleaning the terrace area (summer only).
- Applying garbage chute product for odor control when necessary.

**Weekly Responsibilities**

- Clearing garbage and mopping emergency stairs on floors, including cleaning doors.
- Cleaning garbage chutes' walls.
- Cleaning apartment doors (borders/locks).
- Cleaning light fixtures and fire extinguishers (inside and above).
- Cleaning elevator cracks.
- Cleaning outside elevator doors on each floor.
- Washing parking spots if needed.
- Cleaning the garbage room.

**As Needed Tasks**

- Cleaning bathrooms, including toilet, tub, sink, mop, and unclogging if required.
- Cleaning appliances and cupboards.
- Using product for stove, emptying oil buckets, and cleaning fans.
- Removing webs on balconies.
- Changing filters.
- Removing dust from blinds.
- Sweeping and mopping apartments.
